The PerfectPipe® Safety Instructions
No Cough - No Burn

Caution: Made of Glass. Inspect your PerfectPipe® before each use.
If pipe has any cracks, chips or any visible defect, Do Not Use, dispose of properly.
The PerfectPipe® should always be used with a screen and filter installed. Change the filter with each bowl of use. Never use the PerfectPipe® without a filter!

To load: simply push the bowl into the ground up material and twist, then pack medium to firm with finger or tool.
Caution: be careful not to apply excessive force to the glass while loading. Although the PerfectPipe® is extremely strong and durable, glass can be broken with impact or excessive force.

Burn all Herb in Bowl to clear screen. Herb will go out quickly when not drawing (which saves on herb).
To relight, pack gently with blunt end of Tool and flash with flame while giving a puff. Draw slow keeping red temp low as usual. You will not eat sparks like regular pipes. Screen will clear and be ready for another bowl.

Filter

Use a New Filter with each bowl of use or you will block your THC/CBD/etc.
To replace the filter: Push threaded end of the PerfectPipe® Tool into the filter, turn to the right until filter starts to spin and pull. If you lose your PerfectPipe® Tool just use metal tweezers or a drywall screw. Dispose of used filter in trash. Push a new filter in and the PerfectPipe® is ready for use.

Screen

Screen should last from 20 to 40 bowls of use.
To replace Screen: remove the filter, insert the blunt end of the PerfectPipe® tool through the filter end of the pipe and up to the bottom of screen, push, screen will pop out. Bend new screen slightly like "Taco" (see picture), insert screen part way, leave a little sticking out. Use blunt end of PerfectPipe® tool, hold pipe with bowl upward, hold tool sideways and push bottom of taco with tool (see picture) to rotate screen into its home. Screen will slide into position and will not fall out.

Courtesy Caps & Bungee Caps

Keep caps on to reduce smells, to contain herb when preloaded, and limit accidental breakage. Caution: Allow Pipe to cool a little first to avoid burning fingers (pipe will cool down quickly).

To Remove Caps: Push caps on further to release, then gently slide cap off. Just slide fingers against lip of the cap to release. Try not to squeeze the cap while removing, it may prevent the cap from sliding.
Tip: Prior to removing courtesy cap on bowl end, press cap on further to repack smoking material.

Keep the Courtesy Caps on the pipe when not in use to reduce possibility of breakage!

Cleaning

The PerfectPipe® can be cleaned as often as you like to reduce health risks associated with the presence of mold and bacteria in smoking devices. Follow the simple instructions below carefully.

Caution: Always wear protective gloves (rubber, latex or vinyl).
Prepare a well ventilated area with an exhaust fan (or prepare area outdoors) to prevent the buildup of fumes which can lead to injury or death.
Keep away from open flames!
Do not breathe fumes!
Use Extreme Caution: Alcohol is Flammable!
Do not smoke!

1) Pour Isopropyl Alcohol (common Rubbing Alcohol) into the PerfectPipe® Cleaning Tube.

Tip: You can re-use the Alcohol, don't pour it out! Use it over and over by keeping it in the PerfectPipe® cleaning tube with lid sealed.

2) Remove filter and screen from pipe(s). Place pipe(s) in the PerfectPipe® Cleaning Tube. Let soak for 2 hrs or overnight as necessary. It will not damage the pipes.

3) Remove pipe(s) and Rinse Pipe and Brush thoroughly with warm water first!

4) Put a little liquid soap on Brush and clean from either end of pipe.
If pipe is not clean, repeat steps 2 through 4.
Remove any remaining stains on bowl, deposited by flame, with a non-scratch sponge pad.

5) Rinse pipes thoroughly with Warm Water. Remove as much water as possible and allow to pipes to dry in upright position.

Tip: Final rinse with distilled water to avoid water spots.
